It measures 31 H x 19 W and weighs approximately 70 lbs. The depth of detail is remarkable which makes this urn a rare find. It would be a statement piece indoors or out in the garden but recommend it be covered so that it retains its beautiful patina. Provenance is from a large estate in the Washington, DC Kalamora area. Only high end websites and garden designers especially those around the New York area carry such quality urns at a considerably higher cost. With exquisite details and vibrant colors, this is one of the nicest japanese fire trucks ever made, and one of Marusan’s earliest toys. Functions include friction motor with siren sound, crank operated extendable ladder, swinging bell, and swinging passenger arm with flag. Includes very rare original box. Excellent condition with minor abrasions and oxidation spots. Mechanical functions in working order. Original box in good condition with some scuffs.
