Very Rare Antique Large All Bisque 6 Black Doll Barefoot Mignonette Glass Eyes
Beautiful and rare 6 black all bisque mignonette with bare feet. She has an original wig but is dressed in a newer handmade gown faithful to the antique styles. Her lace underskirt is original to her. I have not see any damage to the bisque. There are some areas that the brown finish isnt 100% even. There is especially a bare paint spot near to the top of the head under the wig. Her eyes seem to have been reset at some point and there is a little more white plaster near the left one. This could be certainly cleaned up more if you like or completely reset by a professional. Its fine the way it is though. Her stringing is original and is just a tad loose but its fine. 11 1/2 Antique All Bisque German Doll Very, Very Rare Large Size
This is a very rare 11 1/2 all bisque antique doll. She has some minor flaws but is so rare it is easy to over look the little problems. She has a mold flaw on the side of her head, some tiny flea bites on the top of one leg & a line on one thumb (may have been glued) I have made several photos to show her little imperfections. I think for a collector of all bisque dolls she would be the star, absolutely outstanding!! Her wig appears to be original & her gown is also antique. Very Rare Large 26 Tall French Vion Baury Bisque Porcelain Busts 19th Century
I have the rare. To offer from a local estate, a pair of Vion Baury French busts. This very detailed and and large set measure 26 tall. Some of the largest Vion Baury pieces I have seen. This is a very rare set and seldom seen for sale. They both have some issues from age including hairline cracks typical on these and there is also some wear to the paint in spots. The female figure has some damage to the paint on the left chest as seen in pictures, and the male figure has wear to the red detail on the right collar, also seen in photos. Bases both have wear to the gold on the corners. Really nice examples for there age and would be hard to find a nicer set. They look great on display. Unsure what these are worth, not finding another set, so if my asking price is too high, please make me an offer. See all photos for more details and to help judge condition.
