Extremely Rare! Vietri Italian Ceramic Vegetable Fruit Basket Very Large 1997

I was able to reach the Vietri Co. And they did some research for me. They said this is Titled “Mixed Fruit Basket” from their still life collection in 1997. It retailed at that time for 400.00. What an exceptional piece! Very Rare, Approximately 12″ tall 14″ wide This is an extremely impressive item. Loaded with life size and life like vibrantly colored vegetables all glazed in a very realistic satin sheen. The basket is woven ceramic, the vegetables are all very realistic and have been attached at the factory. This is a one piece item. Onions, peppers, Tomatoes, carrots, artichokes, cabbage, lettuce, zucchini, garlic, eggplant. This basket has them all with multiples of some. No condition issues to speak of except for one tiny area on the basket (see close up photo) that is not even noticeable. It looks like something in the kiln was touching this area because it in a place that would be hard to reach. Factory mark on the bottom. There is some dust in between the vegetables but no grease or grime. A well cared for item that is ready to bring joy to your home. At over 15 pounds this is a substantial piece. 8 pc Vintage Ceramic Gnomes Large Rare Stump Beautiful faces Very Nice

Incredible set of 7 Gnomes with hard to find Stump. Large figures – 8″ to 12.5″. Stump is 6 tall. I bought these a couple years ago at an estate sale but never displayed them. I was afraid to break them! It’s time to reduce my storage, so they need a new home. As good as the day made. I always assumed they were made and packed away some 40+ years ago. The artist signed each with BB, but did not date them. Most gnomes were made in the late 70s to early 80s. She painted the most beautiful faces I’ve ever seen on Garden Gnomes. A very talented artist. The choice of colors is perfect. The only imperfection I can find is a tiny chip on the bottom of the stump sitting gnome. This cannot be seen when sitting. Some of the pictures might appear as dust in beards or faces, but it is the artist’s choice of paint. Extreme care will be taken to ensure these arrive unbroken. Each gnome will be individually wrapped and secured. They will be double boxed to guard against impact. The package will arrive via Fed-Ex Ground. Is available for most items. This tree is in overall very nice condition. There is a small chip at the top of the tree which can be seen in the picture. There are some missing colored plastic inserts and the star is missing. There is no music box in the base but it does say there is one on the base. The wiring is old and may need to be changed, however it does still work fine and there is a built in switch on the cord.
