Very rare, incredible antique LARGE Deruta pottery majolica flask / jug

There is no cork for the open top and the flask doesn’t stand on it’s own with the rounded bottom. Even though each piece of Deruta is hand-made, I have not seen another Deruta piece like this! This incredible piece of rare Deruta pottery is an enormous flask/jug in amazing condition!

Very rare, incredible antique LARGE Deruta pottery majolica flask / jug

This incredible piece of rare Deruta pottery is an enormous flask/jug in amazing condition! Hand painted portrait of a woman, and tin glazed, it even has the hand-made wooden spout at the bottom! There is no cork for the open top and the flask doesn’t stand on it’s own with the rounded bottom. For it’s age its in remarkable condition and I can find no cracks or damage. Even though each piece of Deruta is hand-made, I have not seen another Deruta piece like this! This is very large, measuring 18″ tall x 11″ wide and heavy. Signed on the back Marcucci Deruta, RIP. Very Rare Antique Aesthetic Sterling Silver Whiskey Flask Gorham Large Mint

Offering a rare antique sterling silver whiskey flask by Gorham. This lovely rare flask features a heavy though intricate basket weave pattern over a thick hand blown glass flask. The extremely fine silver workmanship extends the entire body of the piece and is topped by a swirl shaped Art Nouveau style lid. The lid twists to open/close and it retains it’s original cork. Signed, Gorham, Sterling, star mark, 1888. Making this flask 134 years old. Measuring 6 5/8″ Tall, 3 5/8″ Wide and Weighing a hefty 510.1 grams or 17.99 oz. The condition is mint. I could find no damage and the patina is to die for. Consider this large Gorham flask for your sterling silver collection. Offering a very rare Art Nouveau gilt sterling silver perfume bottle or flask by William Kerr, Newark, New Jersey. Created late 19th century. This amazing perfume is designed with full bodied mermaids, sea monsters, sea shells and ocean waves. Fabricated from gilded sterling silver in bulbous form with heavy base. In all my years of collecting Art Nouveau Fantasy genre sterling silver, I have never seen anything like this piece. The piece is finished on both side and the repousse workmanship is incredible. Monogrammed in fancy script. Measuring 5 1/4″ Tall, 4″ Wide, 2 1/2 Deep and Weighing a hefty 127.5 grams 4.49 oz. The condition is excellent. The only thing to mention is some denting to the lid and the lid’s edge. All other repousse work has been spared any damage. The gilding appears fresh and bright as when manufactured. The lid opens and closes properly with a twist. The original cork is present. Please see my other listings.
