Large Vintage Gunther Beer Sign VERY RARE I have not seen another one. Sign is framed with a wooden back, no holes and GREAT patina showing it’s age. We found this one in Pennsylvania at a place called Bootleggers in Columbia, Pennsylvania. This sign is 1930’s or 1940’s (what I was told and based on my research) – Gunther beer started in early 1900’s and was bought by Miller in the 1950’s. We except VENMO and ZELLE.

Ansonia Figural Clock “REUBENS” Large Case VS 1881 Very Nice NR VERY RARE NR. I keep dropping the price. Procrastination is a human trait but certain things it is good to take a second look and know in the long term this is an investment. For your consideration is a very rare Ansonia figural clock. This is a model you do not hardly ever see. The “Reubens” (Page 153 of the Ansonia Book) is very ornate and rather rare. This clock made around 1881 runs well. Was last serviced in 2017. Case was originally in Japanese Bronze but looks to have been repainted at some time. Inlay gold work is still very nice. Porcelain face on clock excellent. 8 day time and strike. Loud strike counts the hour and single chime on the half. This is the large example and very heavy cast iron. It is 21 1/2″ wide x 16.5″ high x 9 deep to the end of foot. Comes with original pendulum and replacement key. Wind once every 8 days. This issue is a rare nice collectable piece. Clock will be packed in a huge container for safety. Rookwood Pottery Very Rarely Seen Large, Antique, Arts/crafts Vase From 1883

ANTIQUE, ARTS & CRAFTS. LARGE LAMP/VASE FROM 1883. Shape/Date: 95(B)/1883. Shape First Seen: c. Diameter: Ten & One-Half Inches. Glaze: Reddish-Brown, Dull w/ Fired-on Gold. This Lamp or Bowl Vase from very early in the Rookwood Shape Book first appeared around 1882 in two sizes, C and B, a seven-inch-tall version of which this one from 1883 is a now very rare example. Peachey, a Rookwood decorator (two years only, 1881-83) and a member of the Cincinnati Pottery Club, covered it in a textured, dark reddish-brown Dull Glaze with fired-on gold effects. Further, it is festooned top to generous bottom in a well-balanced variety of cream and gold leaves and vines executed in heavy slip. But its generous, blousy appeal is altogether overshadowed, not only by the relative rarity of the shape itself but also how well this particular one has held up over nearly the total expanse of the lifetime of the Company to today. Produced in Rookwoods third year, this uncrazed Bowl or Lamp Vase shows only minor wear and very little of the cracking and chipping that afflicts most of the slip-based decoration from Rookwoods distant past. On the bottom are stamped the Company name, Rookwood, production year, 1883, an R for red clay and the shape number, 95. Peachey has left her initials and, in acknowledgement of the Cincinnati Pottery Club, a notation of CPC in black slip.
