Collectible , very rare Nightmare before christmas snowglobe , called halloween town. There a broken hat on one of th which on top “piece is missing”. I put some batteries in it and and it sang and the specks moved around. After a while the music stopped and no longer made music , i dont know. If its a timer thing or it stopped working.
