Chalk on large black paper. In found condition – as is, some. Scratches, rips from removal process, and also on the back side. The back has evidence of multiple layers of paper. The area where the drawing is , is pretty smooth, with only 3creases or folds. The actual image measures 41 x 27 inches, at it’s widest. Some of the edges have been trimmed. I was going to place it in a large plastic frame but figured it needed something really nice an expensive, and never got around to it, that and my girlfriend doesn’t like it. 2 separate images; on top: Radiant Family. Eyed square head figure. The back has “houston Street/SOHO” written on the top, faded. About 13 or 14 years ago I wrote to the Haring Foundation to get their opinion , but they wrote back that they no longer authenticated these works. Finally cleaning out the old attic/garage/storage of accumulated paintings and drawings that my aunt had collected for years and have come from many many years of thrift store/estate sales shopping and occasional flea market/swap meet, and art collectors.
