Caesar Crystal Bohemiae extremely rare and highly collectible limited series “Peacock” 12 tall decorative blue vase, authentic top quality hand made 24% lead content crystal from the Czech Republic. CAESAR CRYSTAL BOHEMIAE Company specializes in manufacturing colourful cased crystal with a 24% PbO (lead oxide)content, which is made by connecting the layer of clear crystal and the layer of colourful crystal at temperatures around 800°C. The spectacular results of this manufacturing process requires the talent of the best and most skilful glassmakers. The demands of this time honoured Bohemian tradition cannot be reproduced by any machines. These traditional skills continue to be employed at CAESAR CRYSTAL BOHEMIAE glassworks today. Here younger generations of glassmakers inherit the skill of the glass working and craft from older glass masters here. The basic glass materials used in glass melting include glass sand, potash and lime stone. Glass shards are also added into a glass batch in the kiln. Typical Caesar colours are created by melting glass with a mixture of metal oxides. The current palette of colours includes Amber, Azure, Blue, Green, Red and Violet. A black colour, which is useable only for a few shapes and style, is also melt for special design. At each stage of the process the product is scrutinized to ensure it passes the stringent quality control standards. Only after that a product becomes the CAESAR CRYSTAL BOHEMIAE brand holder. Products showing any imperfections, often invisible to the untrained eye, are removed and crushed. In the case of white or ruby red crystal they can be recycled to be melted into molten glass again. VERY RARE Camille Faure Art Deco Enamel & Copper Limoges Large Vase 1930

Marked Made in France and has some scratching or etching on the bottom that I can’t make out. The enamel has layers of glass, and exquisite luminous enamels that glitter. A similar vase (and lamp) are pictured on the Camille Faure book, page 105. The design is not quite the same, although there are leaves, flowers and the same amazing colors on both. This vase is 12″ in height and about 9″ across at the widest point. Please look over the photos carefully and ask any questions. Rare and Very Large Japanese Satsuma Vase or Urn, Late Edo/Early Meiji Period

This massive and very rare Satsuma urn likely dates from the late Edo or early Meiji period, or around 1850 to 1880. It measures 16 inches at its widest point, 17 inches high, 8 3/4 inches at its mouth, and 9 3/4 inches at its base. The urn has a lovely decoration featuring flowers and vines, together with three faux handles depicting a mythological creature. There is also a beautiful brown drip glaze to the piece (see photos). The condition of the urn is very good, with only some lines to the base, possibly cracks from the original firing. The shop is conveniently located on Route 1 in Hampton Falls. Extremely Rare Old Large Green Uranium Glass Vase with Metal Base Very Old Rare. This is an extremely rare Green Uranium glass large vase which glows really strong under a black or UV light. It has etched flower and leaves which is cut into the glass, also running around the vase there are fine vertical lines with balls near the top of the lines. The vase is 12.75 inches or 32.5cm high and is 4.25 inches or 11cm across the top of the vase and i. S 5.1 inches or 13cm across the. The vase has a circumference of 13 inches or 33cm. The metal base is. S 5.1 inches or 13cm high. I have never tried to take the vase out of the stand, the vase is firmly in the stand. I have had it well over 20 years in my collection and I have never come across another one, which makes it very rare and it could be one of a kind. There are no chips or cracks anywhere in the glass, it is in excellent condition. As you can see in the photos the vase glows like crazy under a black or UV light. Have a look at all the photos to see the lovely colour and condition. This would be good for the serious collector who likes rare Uranium Glass. I know what it is like to get broken items and feel bitterly disappointed when they are not wrapped properly. I will double box this lovely clear Green Uranium Vase.
