Very Rare 1960’s Al Goerg Large Caliber Revolver Handgun Hunting Gun Holster. 13″ x 2″ – 3 1/2. Al Goerg was a pioneer handgun hunter. In 1963 Al Goerg, the father of handgun hunting designed a shoulder holster for large caliber revolvers. This is one of them. Extremely rare and hard to find. If you have been looking for one of these here is your chance. This holster is marked “Goerg Holster” “Blackhawk 44″ “7 1/2″. It appears to be in good condition and comes with Goerg Cartridge Carrier marked “Goerg CRTC Carrier 44″. The strap has 2 weak areas. First wear it attaches to the holster. You can see it that it has broken through one belt hole. The other weak area is where the belt splits in 2 and the other strap weaves between. This is an original. I reserve the right to switch carriers at the last moment due to distance, weight, or size of the package. PLEASE DO NOT tell me how to pack an item. We pack items with the greatest care.
