Very rare tall Martz lamp from the 1950’s with original harp and teak finial

A very scarce tall Martz table lamp with the original harp and teak finial. The diameter of the ceramic base is 5″ and the total height to the top of the finial is 28″. The lamp is in very good working condition with no chips or cracks in the ceramic base. The fact that the harp is not removable dates this lamp to the 1950’s. There is glue residue from the original paper label to the left of the hole for the cord. The shade in the first photo is NOT INCLUDED. David Marshall Signed 1985 large Brutalist Brass/Aluminium table lamp, very rare

David’s works of art are much sought after in particular his earlier works from the seventies and eighties. This item measures approx 34cm to top of lamp body and 45 cm to top of light fitting, it weighs just under seven kilos. This item was obviously made in David’s studio in Spain and as such has the very small type of three pin plug they used and as such this beautiful lamp will need rewired to meet UK safety standards. Up on offer here is this Superb and very rare early 1930s large industrial factory office desk lamp featuring a large ventilated heavy Opaline globe shade, and a rare three bulb lay out design. All original; Stunning period lamp.. “Please scroll down for details”. Large stool design base incorporating the large circular gallery with the original securing bolts. Built within the gallery is a very unusual central stanchion type three branch pillar structure, each branch with its original bronze E22 bayonet fit bulb holder. Very large heavy Opaline cased glass globe shade with Roman design sky light ventilation feature. Later fitted with a 1940s black Bakelite flat inline replacement ON /OFF switch. Later fitted with a 1940s MK Bakelite three round pin replacement plug with a cord grip. Recently professionally rewired with silk braided two core twist cable, tested, and in perfect working order.
