This shirt was specifically for the first leg of the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness World Tour of 1996. The cities listed on the back are the cities in which shows were played from January 2, 1996 to February 10, 1996. It is far more common to find the shirt without the cities listed on the back. I personally have never seen another one. The portion of their tour in Austrailia included partial venue listings as the tour continued as well. The tour was long and maybe they thought it would be a good idea to update merchandise as it progressed. While we can only speculate, we do know that this unique variation isn’t available on the market currently. We’d love to hear from you if you know the circumstances that produced the abbreviated tour info!
