Size is L (42-44). 26.6 in (from the base of the collar rib to the bottom of the hem). 17.3 in (shoulder seam to shoulder seam). 18.9 in (underarm to underarm). 7.9 in (from shoulder seam to sleeve end). Excellent+++++ Pre-owned, There are a few scratches by use. The condition of the bellows is very good with no light leaks. Tiny scuffs from normal use. It shows signs of use. There is no fog. There is no fungus. There is no scratches. There is no separation. There is almost no dust. No issues affecting shooting. The opening/closing knob of the focusing hood has come off, so you will need to use a protrusion to open/close it. The door to open the screen part is very hard. Other operations work smoothly. Parts are compatible with early models of WISTA45. All you can see on the picture will be included in a set of a package. Condition is a personal opinion. Please check the photos carefully. Peasant Village (Parry Vieille) Very Rare Large 13.25 French Opera Platter
This is a very rare size in the Peasant Valley French opera plate series. On-line, the largest I could find was 10″, and this plate measures 13.25″ in diameter. This platter has the opera “Mignon” as its center. Unlike other plates in the series, this larger version references other operats in the perimeter. Starting above & going clockwise, the Terre de Fer opera references are. La Muette de Portici (the Mute Girl of Portici). Lucie de Lammermoor. Les Noces de Jeannette (Jeannette’s Wedding). Le Barbier de Seville (Barber of Seville). Guillaume Tell (William Tell). The outermost rim is painted with gold trim. The plate is then circled in a forest green band. Designed to be the centerpiece of your collection. I will be offering two dinner plates in this series “Faust” and “Les Dragons des Villars Maillart”. If of interest, please see my other items. Frequently misattributed to Parry Vieille, the PV hallmark was used by Mittledorfer, Strauss, Inc. Of New York City on imported pieces. I have also seen these French opera plates misattributed to Pillyvuyt. Note some photos appear redundant because I take photos from all possible angles. On symmetrical items, these photos may appear redundant when there are no distinguishing differences or condition issues between side views. I try to list EVERY flaw which would be commented on something in an antique or vintage condition – this does not mean all imperfections resulting from normal wear & use require comment.
