Very rare paris porcelain Caen manufacture large pompadour ground bowl and stand c1795. Caen porcelaine is highly desirable because of the rarity and I don’t think I have come across a finer example from this factory then this set! The quality of the decoration is superb. The stand is inscribed”Guerre a l’inconstance”. Condition is excellent with no damage. Bowl measures 2.5” inches tall and 5” inches in diameter around the top.
