BECAUSE THEY ARE SO RARE WE WERE ABLE TO HARVEST ONLY 9 FLEXIBLE SHEAFFER NIBS OUTSIDE OF THE MORE COMMON FEATHER TOUCH AND SELF FILLER NIBS. THIS IS ONE OF THEM. A VERY EARLY AND LARGE SHEAFFER LIFETIME 14KT GOLD NIB THAT IS VERY FLEXIBLE. THIS IS A NIB THAT WOULD BE FOUND IN THE LARGE OVERSIZE SHEAFFER FLAT TOP PENS AND A FEW EARLY SHEAFFER OVERSIZE BALANCE PENS. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTO GOOD FLEX WITH SLIGHT PRESSURE. NIB IS AN EXTRA FINE POINT AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. A VERY RARE FIND AS SHEAFFER DID NOT INSTALL MANY FLEXIBLE NIBS IN ANY OF THEIR LIFETIME PENS ESPECIALLY LIFETIME OVERSIZE PENS.
