This 1800 Large Cent is a rare find with a pcgs population of only 1/3. The coin features a draped bust design and was minted in Philadelphia, United States. It has been certified by PCGS with a grade of F 12 and a certification number of 49285260. Very rare die state – 1800 1C Fine 12 S-199, B-14, R. Breen Die State VII, with several delicate reverse cracks. Light blue toning appears on the high points with medium olive and steel-brown fields. A true eye pleasing coin! The surfaces show slight roughness on each side, with a full dull, old scrapes on the neck. The coin is composed of copper and has a business strike type. It is circulated and has a denomination of Large Cent. This coin is a must-have for any serious coin collector and is sure to be a valuable addition to your collection.

DESCRIPTION: This is a nice example of a rare large size original small Antebellum/Civil War/Victorian period gem size tintype photo album. Gem size albums were often used by children for friends or school mates, etc. Sort of a late 19th century version of a modern school yearbook. This is a nice standard large size gem size tintype album, containing. 6 pages, with 8 standard gem size tintype photos per page…… For a total capacity of 48 gems. There are only 2 empty spaces in this one, so VIRTUALLY TOTALLY (96%) FULL!! Very rare to find any full albums, especially gem size! It is nice for your collection of albums as is, or can be used to put in your own period gem size tintype photos!! Very hard to find in any condition. This one has an excellent binding, which is usually what is the weakest. Measures about 3 3/4″ x 3″. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS!!

RARE 1/6 PLATE TINTYPE- SMILING GIRL WITH CHINA DOLL IN ORNATE DOLL CARRIAGE. Rarely do you ever find a large five by seven inch tintype of a child holding a very rare doll like this young girl. I believe the doll is either a sought after French, BRU or Jumeau. The girl’s face matches her doll in many ways, wouldn’t you agree? I love the large bow in her hair and how they wore nearly matching. Costumes on this fine day.
